Senior Director of Design

Based in Dublin, the Senior Director of Design – Beverage is a senior design leader responsible for the identification, creation, management, and execution of comprehensive brand design strategies that will have a major impact on the innovation and growth of multibillion dollars brands for one of the major Food and Beverage Company.


You will develop design strategies for specific brands in the portfolio and work in partnership with the Global Beverage Brand Teams, Innovation, Foodservice Group, the design center and external agencies to translate the brands’ positioning into a compelling design language which is focused enough to be ownable and distinctive, yet flexible enough to work across all of the brands’ multiple touch points with consumers – from advertising and digital interactions to delivery trucks and store displays.

Strategic Design Leadership:

Leads design strategies within the Global Beverages Design Group: demonstrating an ability to understand the technical, social and emotional values that have critical business significance. Successfully directs multi-disciplinary design teams and actively mentors design colleagues. Maintains a flow of value through the integration of the business strategies, market and social trends, and available latest technologies. Develops and adjusts strategies and/or processes to meet changing market and competitive conditions while considering the impacts on the global business.

Design R&D and Innovation:

Integrates design thinking from innovation to execution; crafting a holistic consumer experience. Identifies and promotes self-initiated brand design programs that generate critical business value for one or more business groups, having great impact on multibillion dollars brands.

External Design Network:

Supports the Design Organization in building and cultivating a strong external design network.

Talent Development: Responsible for finding and attracting the best design talent and for leading and mentoring internal staff. Establishes objectives, supervises activities, and manages performance. Plays an active role in expanding talent bench depth, building office atmosphere and coaching teams to win.

Design Project Management:

Responsible for partnering across disciplines and external suppliers to ensure design assets are developed and delivered with quality, value, and on-time. Energizes and leads both the internal team and external design resources from idea phase to commercialization. Ensures each stakeholder understands his/her role and responsibilities throughout the creative process. Regularly reviews the status of projects with appropriate leadership to verify that Company and Division expectations are met.

Brand Design Development:

Takes ownership of the visual identity for the Global beverage portfolio, working in collaboration with the Global Head of Design, Beverage and the other design leaders in the organization, cutting across brand, innovation, product, packaging, marketing, experience and advertising. Generates creative design proposals (visions, scenarios, concepts) in order to visualize the desired output and share it with internal and external team members. Participates in research activities and effectively translates customer needs into actionable design requirements. Responsible for driving to final design recommendations, decisions and design approval to enable artwork execution / production phases. Ensure thorough consideration of all project variables and that the final solution will perform as planned.

Supporting the design organization globally:

Partners regularly with Design, R&D and business teams across the company system. Share work and support the development of global design culture.


  • 15+ years of deep brand design experience (preferably equal exposure to agency and corporate environments)
  • A gifted manager and leader

  • Great knowledge of art production and graphic design principles
  • Very business savvy

Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join a young growing Irish Whiskey company.
Based in Dublin and reporting directly to the Managing Director of the brand, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy in order to maximize efficiency.  


  • Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Production managers
  • Take ownership of the ERP software implementation and became the expert regarding the use of the software
  • Drive the sales administration (confirm the orders, invoice the clients, organise the customs documentation, request the transport quotes…)
  • Manage and improve the procurement process, (determine best raw materials suppliers, price negotiation, stock-flow analysis…)
  • Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and distributors
  • Analyse the internal and external stock-flows and suggest solutions for process improvements
  • Oversee product storage, handling and distribution
  • Control manufacturing and delivery processes

Based in Paris, you will work with the international marketing teams on all major written content, from initial concept to publicity headlines, internal communication documents (eg. sales leaflets, selling points) or external communication (eg. press releases).


Formulate innovative concepts

  • Drawing from product development briefs, propose a design of concepts (mise en forme) for content that will have impact and precision, and a developed story that is differentiating and unique.
  • Synthesize marketing and communication concepts into simple and evocative hooks.

Define the writing/editorial style (« tone of voice »)

  • High-end, but concrete
  • Signature of the brand, mirroring the visual style
  • Develop a brand-specific glossary

Guarantee the coherence of texts developed by International Marketing

  • Ensure consistency of texts, product names, definitions, titles, and translations between the various communication mediums (operational marketing, digital, training, POS, press…)

  • 5+ years of experience of professional experience in copywriting; beauty sector (highly preferred)
  • 4 or 5-year degree course in copywriting, English, journalism, etc.
