With an English father, a Norwegian mother and born in the Netherlands, Antoinette Lemens understands better than anyone what international means. Throughout her career, Antoinette has had the opportunity to recruit various profiles such as the Automotive Design Director for Renault, the Lighting Design Director for Philips in the Netherlands or the entirety of a luxury company based in the Middle East. .

Belinda is English and graduated with a BA in Graphic Design. Art Director for brands such as Texas Instruments, IBM or Dassault Systèmes, her career has evolved within the different domains of branding. Intuitive and creative she has the capacity to understand brands and people. Enthusiastic and passionate, Belinda enjoys sharing her experience, she teaches at various design schools and accompanies professionals and design teams in the exploration of their strengths and potential through team building workshops and individual coaching.
Belinda joined Lemens & Partners in 2014 to develop the training activity, notably with the creation of our retail tours, offering our clients the tools to understand retail market trends and developments.
From experience working in creative agencies, Cécilia acquired a global vision of the creative profession that allows her to recruit artistic directors and account directors in various areas of design (identity, packaging, retail, digital, UX ...). Passionate about the automotive world, she specializes in the recruitment of design directors, interior and exterior designers and colour & material designers in this field. Her objective is to listen to the personalities of each person to make sure that candidates and clients evolve side by side in the best conditions.
Stylist for a television fashion show, professor at a design management school, recruitment consultant in the design sector (fashion, product, automotive) and studio manager, Christine understands perfectly what being creative for a company means today.
With her dual nationality Canadian Portuguese, her “French” adventure, which was not meant to last more than a year, just until she finished her studies, has never ended and continues today at Lemens & Partners where she recruits for various industries, such as fashion, luxury, design or automotive.
Following a Masters in International Management punctuated by a study year in Ireland, Andy joined Lemens & Partners at the end of his internship.
Today, as a consultant, he participates in the firm's various recruitment missions and is specialized in profiles for design agencies as well as those for marketing and sales. Finding and connecting personalities who agree that they can work in harmony is Andy’s key driver.
After a four-year course at EFAP specialised in Image & Media, Anne-Victoire joined the Lemens & Partners teams in September 2016 as a communications consultant. Anne-Victoire works in parallel on the organization and constitution of our retail tours.
