With an English father, a Norwegian mother and born in the Netherlands, Antoinette Lemens understands better than anyone what international means. Throughout her career, Antoinette has had the opportunity to recruit various profiles such as the Automotive Design Director for Renault, the Lighting Design Director for Philips in the Netherlands or the entirety of a luxury company based in the Middle East. .

From experience working in creative agencies, Cécilia acquired a global vision of the creative profession that allows her to recruit artistic directors and account directors in various areas of design (identity, packaging, retail, digital, UX ...). Passionate about the automotive world, she specializes in the recruitment of design directors, interior and exterior designers and colour & material designers in this field. Her objective is to listen to the personalities of each person to make sure that candidates and clients evolve side by side in the best conditions.
Stylist for a television fashion show, professor at a design management school, recruitment consultant in the design sector (fashion, product, automotive) and studio manager, Christine understands perfectly what being creative for a company means today.
With her dual nationality Canadian Portuguese, her “French” adventure, which was not meant to last more than a year, just until she finished her studies, has never ended and continues today at Lemens & Partners where she recruits for various industries, such as fashion, luxury, design or automotive.
Following a Masters in International Management punctuated by a study year in Ireland, Andy joined Lemens & Partners at the end of his internship.
Today, as a consultant, he participates in the firm's various recruitment missions and is specialized in profiles for design agencies as well as those for marketing and sales. Finding and connecting personalities who agree that they can work in harmony is Andy’s key driver.
In May 2023, after 5 years of discovering the communications professions at ISCOM, Flora joins the Lemens & Partners team as a consultant.
Thanks to her specializations and experience in digital media, influencer strategy and events, Flora brings a 360° vision of communications to Lemens & Partners. In particular, she works on the organization and construction of retail tours to offer her clients the best conditions for discovering a world that is constantly evolving.
Always on the lookout for new trends and places to discover, Flora is in charge of all the firm's monitoring activities, both in France and abroad.
Following a Master's degree in management and international trade with a focus on the Asian world, particularly China, Lucy joined the Lemens & Partners team after the end of her studies.
As a consultant, Lucy is involved in recruiting both marketing / sales profiles and creative profiles.
Her motivation is to contribute to the growth of companies by finding the talent they need and helping them to achieve their objectives.
